Transits are on the Extract screen, and all marked as "Transit to Map"

Where you go is predetermined on each Transit and once you activate a transit you cannot go to normal extracts, as for you they are all disabled(but not for any tema member that didnt initiate the Transit)

You initiate the transit if you go to the specific location on the map, when on your screen "Hold to transit" appears
