Who's GitS? 
Girl in the Shell is a character from the game Langrisser mobile (Whom for convience i will now refer to as just GitS)

She is a part of Langrisser mobile 3 and is the older version of Lucretia

GitS is a Medium Height Girl With Pink hair on the outside and cyan/blue on the inside that goes to pink/purple at the lowest points, she has thin arms, medium sized legs and big thighs and possesses a big chest

She wears a white dress that's slightly transparent, she has a white choker on her neck, she wears white leotard, white thigh highs that go into her white boots, her Wrists and ankles have Rings on them, She has 2 Flying Spacers next to her head on both sides as well as 2 massive pieces of technology in a weird shape, on them are blue rings that float and pulse, she also has a console on each of those Piece of technology, both of them thrust themselves up in the air to stay next to her at all times

She is a Spellcaster Unit with 3 movement and 2 range

She has a talent that gives her +1 range and +5%Int per Turn passed, max stacks 2, cannot be dispelled
